Question? Answered

Answers to some of the questions we are asked most about remodeling with RCG.

The best approach is to reach out through our online form or by email. We respond within 24 hours with an estimated cost range based on the information you give us. If that range fits your budget, we schedule an in-home meeting to look at the space and talk through your plans.

It depends on the complexity of the work. A bathroom typically runs two to six weeks, while a kitchen or a larger whole home project can run two to six months. Your Project Manager provides a detailed timeline before any construction begins so you know what is happening and when.

You receive a Draw Schedule along with your formal project proposal, so the payment points are clear and agreed before work starts. Nothing is open-ended and there are no surprise invoices along the way.

No. Many clients install a lockbox so our team can access the home during business hours while they are at work. Others prefer to be there throughout. Either arrangement works, and we will agree on it before the first day on site.

We build dust containment walls around the work area, run a commercial HEPA air scrubber in the demolition zone, and lay heavy-duty Ram Board floor protection from the entrance through to where we are working. Preventing cross-contamination is a core part of how we run a job site.

Bathroom and kitchen renovations, whole home remodeling, additions, attic and basement conversions, load-bearing wall removal, flooring, custom trim carpentry, and interior and exterior painting.

Three things: our attention to preventing dust and cross-contamination, the modern techniques and in-house trades we bring to every job, and proposals that are extremely detailed about both scope and cost, so you know exactly what you are buying.

Yes. Documentation is available on request, and we are happy to provide it before you sign anything.
